Grapple recommendations

Island...how well does the Millonzi work on the rocks like you have pictured? Will it hold up to moving allot of those?

I wanted to get the "Heavy-Duty" grapple so that I would be able to pick up decent sized unruly tractors and sling 'em a few acres.

Yeah, it looks like for general agricultural work you sure can do a lot with the "Light-Duty". That makes more sense, and saves more cents.

You won't be dissappointed with the QuickAttach Quick Claw. I use the heck out of mine. I have the 72" and it's heavy - 930lbs.

IMHO, it's worth the extra money for the quality product.

I was looking at the Add on grapple a previous poster linked to. It has two different teeth "overbite; measurement options. One the teeth would hit down on the cutting edge, and the other they would stick out beyond the edge some. Would there be an advantage to either one.
Would the overbite one be better at holding , say a log?
And would the one that hits on the edge be more suited to crush stuff down with?

With an overbite you would have a larger opening and could grasp larger items. With an underbite you could crush and hold small items easily. Each has its own advantage.

I guess one could add a few more cylinders and make it expandable.LOl where does it end.

Well it did not have any trouble with the few that I have picked up. I am not primarily moving rocks so I only pick the buggers up if I need to move them to get at brush. I would say that if rocks the size of the one I photographed are your main quarry then perhaps a heavy duty grapple is warranted but if you are picking up smaller rocks or large ones less frequently then the "light duty root grapple" would be fine.
