Am done with being an anonymous observer on this forum.

DW and I acquired twenty-five acres in the Bitterroot valley about five years ago. We joke about being X number of years into a twenty year project to renovate this property.

We're both retired.

My wife has Horses -- I maintain the fences, irrigate the land, cut the hay, rake and bale it, tote it, stack it, etc -- but oh the wife has horses :)

I'm a fair-weather rancher meaning that I run cattle seasonally. Off season work on projects in my shop. I like learning, doing things myself and being physically active. What with all the stuff to do around here I don't need a gym membership.

I had a small deer follow my tractor, I got off and went inside and looked out to see her licking my tractor!?!? Hard not to love Orange!
