I really try not to get involved in other people's religion, but when you start threatening people with damnation unless they toe the line, you are out of your lane.
Normally I do the same but when someone starts mocking my religion and beliefs, I will defend them.

Also, I may have missed it but I didn't read of anyone here on TBN threatening damnation to other people. Besides, no human being has that power nor right.

My final thoughts on this subject here on TBN:

HAPPY EASTER to everyone in commemoration of our Lord, Jesus Christ's Resurrection.

I don't know whether car exhaust is as effective as it used to be, but early one morning, I found a car behind a place of business, engine running, a double length of water hose (garden hose) with one of the ends inserted into the exhaust pipe and securely taped in place, the other ends into the back window of the car on the driver's side, also securely taped and sealed. And the owner was dead in the driver's seat. That was the only corpse I ever saw with a smile on its face. He left a note on the dash that said, "Life's too much so exit laughing." P.S. Don't tell (wife's name) until afternoon because she has an exam this morning."
Unfortunately it still is. There have been numerous cases of people dying because they didn't realize that with their keyless ignition, the engine was still running when they parked in their attached garage and went into the house.

We put my wifes mother into a care facility and when she was later diagnosed with Alzheimers she automatically was assigned to the Alzheimers ward and the higher care rate even though all she ever did was sit in her chair. The aides all told us she was not at risk to hurt herself or even wander in the slightest. It was all about the Benjamins baby. Just like healthcare, our elder care costs are off the rails.

She had the money, I had taken over her financial care sometime prior and moved it into safe investments, but it would have been nice not to spend so much. She had her money in a risky out of state company that went under. When she died and her probate attorney found out I managed to move her money and Keep 93 cents on the dollar, he stood up and shook my hand. He said everyone else he knew got pennies on the dollar. When I stayed at her house after she went into the facility I could not believe the solicitors that called on her place. One took her for $15k and the check was not in her handwriting, only the signature. I got most of that back, but it was not easy.

Not only do you need to worry about long term care, but keeping the money. There are sharks out there.

Show me someone who follows the 10 commandments to a "T", and I'll show you Jesus Christ.

The reality is NO man is whithout sin. If that is the case, we are all doomed to H E FRICKEN Toothpicks LOL.

Did you derail?? Where did I insinuate no man is without sin??? Show me where anyone that's posted on this thread insinuated no man is without sin?? :)

I believe no one really knows anything, they can believe what they want.

If you live a life of honesty, care for others (including animals) you shouldn't be afraid of anything including dying.

I agree. That was my point earlier concerning living a good life and then discovering there's no divine reward. What was the loss? Nothing.

I also agree. None of us KNOW for sure, but we have our belief that we follow...

Live a good life... be kind... be generous... be forgiving... it pays off in this life, right now! It may also lead to a better next-life, if thats where your belief leads you.
