Homemade toolbox examples

Just curious, as you mention things not always being easy to find. Have you had difficulties in getting the search function to work for you?

I think I've got a handle on the search function but I would suggest that threads like this - compilations of members' homebrew projects - are actually not that easy to find. Taking ballast boxes as an example, the only combination of search terms I can find that works is "ballast examples". This led me to one or two threads that were useful.

OK. While researching this reply, I've just discovered the Build-It Yourself forum. So, I guess that would be the place to narrow this type of search.. and probably where I should have posted this.

feel your pain in searching. half the threads are in owning/operating of X brand of tractor. but the threads apply to most tractors out there.

there are just way to many forums. here on TBN. and it is a hit and miss half the time.

You can use Google to search any site and I find it to be more effective than most site's own search engines.
