How far can I stretch cord/hose for an air framing nailer? 200 feet?

First off you purchased the the best of nail guns, had you specified that earlier on I could have confirmed the combination as that is what I use.
Heck I occasionally even fire the few nails with very small 'one hand portable' probably meant for inflating tires.

I have watched professional roofers with 2 nailers sounding like machine guns in WW2 and enough hose to wrap the house for Xmass.

While spray painting/staining our house some years ago I used a 30lb propane tank as a buffer tank 50 feet from the sprayer and 200feet from the compressor. Just made a QD harness using the same fittings as the sprayer. Worked great....(the sprayer has a 100lb propane tank for storage, tanks were both hydrostated to 200psi, sprayer shuts down at 100psi)

When I bought my air compressor the manual stated use air lines over extension cords. When I was building my house we had the remnants of hurricane Katrina coming in a couple of days. I didn't have power and the only compressor I had was a large 5hp 80 gallon Speedair 2 stage. My 5k generator was not going to run it. I didn't have access to anything smaller so I ran an air line (multiple air lines) from my neighbor's garage through the woods to shingle my roof. I'm sure it was about 1000' of every size hose we had. I have two supplied air line hoses for breathing air that were taken out of service that are 250' feet each, that was a big help. You never would have known the difference. I was laying the shingles while my step brother was nailing as fast as we could. A friend said that we could have just filled up the 80 gallon tank where there was power and it would have lasted for hours, didn't try it so I don't know but it didn't seam like an air nailer uses much air. For everything else we used his Paslode cordless nailers.

I just charged my compressor up and loaded it on the BX fel (easy with the horizontal tank) and took it to the fence site. In the video I'm pretty sure I had to go back just once for a recharge (and a coffee).
