Let's see...somewhere around 85 hours since June 2000....I believe it's in the 22 hours per year range.
The only time I really run PTO speed is with the snowblower. Most other times I'm 1/3-1/2 throttle. I don't mow with it and I have a very small property (2/3 acre).
I don't want to know the cost per hour, but I think it is worth every penny. Where I used to dread doing yard work, the tractor, which I sometimes call "The Equalizer", almost makes the jobs fun. I've helped out several neighbors as well.
In the next few years I've got a number of jobs planned for it as we'll be doing some big-time landscaping to the property.
When I bought the tractor, I could justify about 1/3 of the cost on jobs I knew I had to do, 1/3 the cost on things I hadn't planned, and the other 1/3 just 'cause I wanted it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Like I said, I think it was money well spent and would do it again.
