Tried it out today in the tree farm. Not much wrong with it. Probably the brakes need a little work. I think the previous owners never took it out of four wheel drive cleaning their horse stalls judging by the worn out front tires; a trip to Les Schwab will fix that. It is great in the brush in the tree farm. smaller and more maneuverable than my Deere 3005 and way easier to scoot around with the power steering compared to my B7100. It is noticebly light judging by the bouncing on my rough logging road even with tires filled in the rear. In summary appears just right for the tree farm. I'll use the B7100 around the neighborhood and use the Deere on the "farm" (pastures and woodlot). All together I've got 140 acres between three places - a tractor for each - so must not be hoarding. Thanks all for the comments.
