Mace, sounds like you should go by and see if you can find another one? I can't haul mine to my remote area now...
The B2710 spent two weeks at the Kubota shop getting new seals, adjustments and servicing. After a stop at the tire store for new front end R1tires i took it back to the treefarm this weekend. Mud was 6 to 12 inches and she didn't miss a beat pulling logs and lifting blocks. I'm quite pleased. In the meantime I bought and had placed a refurbed 20 foot shipping container to store it on the place. Just a bit paranoid about theft. Also found compatable hydraulic quick connects for the log splitter - that works fine as well. Way convenient. Three places forty miles apart does indeed justify three tractors. Only finding out though, that sometimes I have to play musical tractors since I am doing something somewhere that one of my other tractors does better!!

Well, I have a 50`by 100`lot in the city and I own 3 tractors and a garden tractor!
I bought them for a friend to use on his acreage and that`s where they are kept (of course). Between us both we have 6 running tractors and another 6 that are in various stages of repair from one tractor that was in a fire so it`s a parts machine all the way up to just needs crank bearings replaced. That`s not counting the 3 running garden tractors we have or the couple that aren`t!![]()
Six Dogs, as a former math teacher I keep thinking of infinity, limits and the fact that I can "prove" that 1 = .999 ... Infinity - not a number but a concept that can be "understood" in limits. But I don't mean to hijack this thread. In fact I wish I could justify buying another tractor and start my own "herd" after one just isn't a herd, you need at least two so they can reproduce and make more!
