Sounds like my wife's and daughters' logic, but doesn't seem to work for me. :laughing:

Seriously, I've been watching Classic Tractors on RFDTV and there are some guys out there with hundreds. One guy on the last show had like 113 of just one brand and I had never even heard of that brand before. I know I'll probably not get this right, but it was like a Mississippi Moline or something like that. I'm sure I could Google it pretty easily. Looked like cool old machines. Some gas, some LP, one that looked like a car with the first cabbed tractor ever.

On the WheelHorse Garden Tractor forum I frequent, Some of those guys have 30-40 or more WH's an most are restored to brand new or better shape. I have a couple myself

so I guess that because I have two satoh Beavers S370D's with front end loaders and a Kubota B6000 (same size but 2wd, bought it for the implements, wheel weights and front dozer blade. trying to sell)

Then having a kubota diesel lawn mower...

So you are calling me a hoarder? lol. I'm not sharing my mustang collection or my chainsaw collection...

I bought it in this condition, mostly refurbished. It was a golf course mower with 5600 hours. As the story goes the golf course hired a new employee who knew "all about diesels" and decided to work on it..... Long story short it ended up with 2 punched out pistons after he started it. I am guessing injector collision, yet it "ran bad" on one cylinder (Perkins of course). The golf course junked it and the guy I bought it from had the engine completely rebuilt at a local diesel shop. He then added a new clutch, new alternator, new paint, rebuilt starter, recored radiator, new belts and hoses, axel bearings and seals, etc. It runs sweet, like new. I am now trying to find sources for the remaining few parts needed and add a ROPS even with the wide stance. It will be married to a 6' brush hog and be the pasture mower for when the cows are moved to a different field.
