That's a good point, and I will be more careful about "deals" in the future.
We have grading/drainage plans, and we have a contractor who said we could use this stuff. He just said it might be a higher grade HDPE than we needed on the buried line, and that it would a . He did the math expecting the PVC fittings to be expensive, but it turned out the PVC pipe is bell ended.
Worst case scenario is I spent an extra $100 to upgrade 200 feet of the foundation's buried drain pipe from single wall corrugated coil to double wall smooth inside HDPE. The 6" PVC pipe cost less than parallel 4" PVC pipes it would likely replace, so I don't think it will be a loss money wise, but it is a bear to move.
