How would you set up S-32p with Bobcat 225?

I am looking for some input. I just purchased a used Bobcat 225NT on a trailer. Included was a Miller S32P Super and a Bernard 300 amp mig gun. The S32P is missing some stuff and set up for 5/64 wire. There is no gas valve with it. I plan on using everything outside, mostly repairs to equipment, fences, railings, light fab work. I am looking to have a total mobile setup without a lot of overlap with what each machine will do.

So my question is what would you set up the S32P with? Wire size? Add gas to it?

Does anyone own this setup or any common problems?

A good general purpose self shielded flux-core wire would be the best bet and I'd recommend something like Hobart Fabshield 21B. Look it up on the internet and see what volts and amps is uses. 5/64" might be OK but I think .045 or 1/16" would be better. You can get stronger wires with impact strength if you need something really strong. Either that or just use 7018 stick rods. Getting a gas valve so you could run MIG would be a good idea but you'd have to be indoors or use a screen to block any wind. You never know when you might have sheet metal or a big gap to fill.

Thanks, I forgot to mention I do have a MIG setup with gas and .030 or .024 for use inside the shop. I thought the 5/64 might be a little large.

I couldn't even begin to tell you how many tons of 21-B I have run in the past. I would think with that small of welder 1/16-inch is as big as I would go. A lot of general fab work can be done with .045 wire.
