I need some clue as to where an aftermarket male quick coupler tip might be available.
The part number stamped on the tip is 5045016 with what looks like a W preceding the number.
Looks like Massey thinks it's worth $34. Seems pretty steep to me.
I edited this post to add that the female threads in the tip appear to be a close match to a 9/16 NF bolt, and are ORB (o ring) threads.
