My toolcat had 350hrs on it from a school and the turfs have very even wear. I bought a paper service manual online for my G series. Search Toolcat manual on ebay.

What serial number does your say on the front of the service manual? I just found it odd that the one I have is for the older line, want to know if an update actually exists.

It is for S/N B2LH11001 and above Toolcat 5610

Thanks... after knowing they do exist, I kept on the hunt. I eventually found PDF versions of the owners and service manuals for a 2011, which was the start of the F series. Close enough for my 2013.

Looking closer, I think that the previous owner replaced my rear tires, but left the fronts.

Howdy, I have a 2016 “G” Series with approximately 100 hours. the brakes are dragging all the time, at low speed operation it is slightly noticeable, if you go done the road they heat up and you can smell brake odor. There is nothing in the manual about brake adjustment. Any help on this?

Per service manual:

The brakes are located in the front and rear transaxle housings. Springs apply pressure to a stack of disks that prevent the axles from turning when the drive pedal is not pressed. When the travel direction control lever is shifted, the drive controller sends a signal to the pilot valve where a solenoid allows hydraulic pressure to release the brakes allowing the wheels to turn freely.

When the brake pedal is pressed, the drive controller reduces the hydrostatic pump output to zero and drops pressure on the manifold allowing springs to relax engaging the brake disks and stopping the machine. the brake pedal does not directly control the brake, the brake pedal supplies an electrical signal to the controller.

From what I can tell, the dealer can put the machine on jackstands, connect the remote start tool, connect the service PC to the rst, and go through the brake pedal calibration procedure.

Anyone know a source for the side access doors on both the passenger and driver side? Mine were painted over with bedliner by PO, and they essentially destroyed the doors as I had to pry them open. Maybe they are a standard size access door? Anyone know?
