Not sure how it got bent, just recently bought this machine. The air filter assembly is not secured and that is really the only thing in that area. If I sent it to you will you try to straighten it?

Hello Everyone
My friend Recently acquired a Bobcat Toolcat 5610 SN:A7Y712056 With a SB240 Snowblower SN:713103336.
We are having some issues getting the blower to fire up. When the aux button is pressed and the toggle on the back of the joystick, the engine loads up and goes over relief.
I have tried disconnecting the electrical connector at the aux lines hook up to see if it would turn like a brush hog with no luck. The aux lines aren't even loading up.
The high flow switch does turn on (light up) when the aux button is pressed. From what I have read online this is normal.
There are no codes.
I have checked both fuse boxes at the drivers feet area - I'm not sure if there are more fuse boxes?
All other hydraulics operate normally.
Does anyone have a copy of the auxiliary hydraulic schematic?
Any Input would be great!

I don't have manuals for the D Series, but the Parts catalog shows a diverter valve: Bobcat Genuine Parts Catalog – Official Bobcat Company site

I wonder if that changes flow between rear and front, since you can't use the PTO and Aux at the same time.

I don't know what the indications are if the PTO switch is on when trying to use the Aux Hydraulics.

You might be able to see or feel the hoses get pressure when activated.

I put together a gauge to measure front pressure:

I was kinda wondering about that diverter valve. I had a quick look at it last night.
Anyone ever run into an issue with this valve or the solenoids or switch on them?
Coil Resistance?

No experience with the early models, but I know that the F Series and the G Series would handle that job OK.

For skid steers the ROC (Rated Operating Capacity) is half the tipping weight.

Our F Series maxed out at slightly over 3000 lbs. without tipping or raising the rear wheels:

They handle the 1800 lb. 7' brush hog just fine and it's weight is farther out than a tote on forks would be:

A Toolcat would handle it fine, since it is narrower and lighter than my 7 foot: Tree Terminator Rotary Mower - Grace Manufacturing (skid steer mower)

I spent some more time looking at this toolcat today. I tested the diverter valve solenoid coil resistance and came up with 6.8 Ohms. I also bypassed the harness and directly put power to the solenoid with no change. I could hear solenoid turning on and off when I applied voltage to it - so I believe it is working OK. As for the switch on the diverter valve - I checked it with my meter with no continuity through it. Does anyone know if it is normally open or closed? It is pretty corroded on the outside of it. Does anyone know if this is a pressure switch?

Couple of questions I haven't been able to search out an answer for.
With your toolcats, do you typically see more tire wear on the front or on the rear? I recently purchased a used one, and the tire wear is quite uneven - but not sure if I should rotate or not (don't know if they have already rotated)

Did Bobcat ever produce a newer service manual? My Toolcat is a 2013 - F. It came with a printed service manual - but the service manual was for S/N A00211001 and above - which I believe is from the C era.... I've also found a PDF copy of the same... but nothing newer. Just want to know if they actually did produce an update for the F series. My owners manual is updated for the F series.

My toolcat had 350hrs on it from a school and the turfs have very even wear. I bought a paper service manual online for my G series. Search Toolcat manual on ebay.
