Well I didn't know they made one that small. Even so, the CK20 falls to the very bottom end of the minimum required PTO hp, the B7610 is still a shade below 20hp at the PTO. I would think a 24hp would be the smallest you'd want to consider? The B7610 is a pretty small tractor and that seems to be a concern so you can fit into smaller yards and tight places.
Why is the 300 pound difference in weight such a concern when you are looking at a PTO powered implment that doesn't really qualify as a traditional ground engaging implement that would require excess weight for traction?
I was thinking a CK30 would be a better choice, but as you need a small tractor with high HP that pretty much rules out the larger CK class tractors completly. Have you considered the LK2554? It is a pretty old design but that is going to give you 20 PTO hp. It is several inches wider than the B7610, but about the same length.
