An inexpensive and simple toolbox (see attachment).
This is a rubbermaid bread container from Walmart that cost less than $4. I put a bushing that I had in my junk drawer into the hole in the loader and used a spring loaded anchor bolt to mount it. You could probably make the bushing by using the plug from cutting a hole with a hole saw. I cut two slots near the bottom to run a tie wrap through. Painted it black and put a strip of rubber insulated tape on the back where it comes in contact with the loader. Downside of this toolbox is it is mounted on the loader, and if you remove the loader you lose the box.

I like it! My only problem is that I keep the remote control for my electric gate opener mounted on that FEL support, so I'll have to find another place for it. I have often wished I had some hand tools while out driving in the woods. Thanks for the idea!

Excellent idea! Stopping by WalMart for some more Chevy Orange engine paint for my Woods box blade (much better that it now matches the BX) and going to get a new toolbox too. Now if I can just find some matching Krylon Fusion Orange paint for my new toolbox...

Dannydan:

Try the safety orange if they have it in the fusion? paint. The regular Krylon Safety Orange seemed to match pretty good (to my eye) when I needed to paint an extra plate that I mounted to the top of the FEL on my BX22 for bolting chain hooks. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Toolbox? Do you keep tools in there or a load of ice and a beverage?

Good idea.

I'll look, but if you haven't tried it, the Fusion paint bites into plastic like I have never seen before, I would wonder if the regular stuff would chip off.
For plastic, you can't beat the Fusion paint, it's just amazing. I think it becomes part of the plastic itself.
But the safety orange sounds like the next best thing.
Thanks

Help! I can't find it! I went to a Super-Walmart today in Huber Heights, Ohio and walked around for 20 minutes trying to find one of these boxes and I can't find it. Looked in housewares near all the other containers and could not find it. Did you buy it off the shelf or order it from their web site? Where was it??
