Is there potential?

I had a 45' commercial boat hauling trailer with a 5th wheel that I cut the 5th wheel off and made a regular tongue with a pintle hitch. Could have traded that first one and saved me a bunch of work, as it is now a 20' flatbed with a 12' dumpbed.

Looks like an under engineered over built way too heavy probably not that strong trailer that will end up costing way more than its worth to make right. If it looks like scrap steel in pictures it probably is in real life.

The second one doesn't look to bad, but it clearly state that its a 7000 lbs trailer. Its also listed as both a 16 and 18 ft trailer. Kind of a funky design. To light of a trailer and possibly to short? Don't forget that when they say 7000 or 10,000 lbs, that means gross trailer weight, not carrying capacity. So the second trailer may only carry 4500 lbs of equipment.

The second one looks to be a landscape trailer with a funky railing. Trailers are something that you almost have to buy new to avoid some cobbled up mess IMO.
