JD 1050 2wd

I am looking for help with a 1986 JD1050 2wd that I recently bought. I am trying to do some repairs to it and and need some ssistance with the front wheels as one of them has rusted through and the other is probably not far behind. I will attempt to get the holes welded up but in the event it is not salvageable, does anyone have another solution as to another type wheel that will fit? I understand that Yanmar made parts are becoming difficult to find for this tractor.

You are pretty much stuck. Maybe different hubs that use the same inner race on the bearing. Then you can use stand 6 lug ag wheels.

You might find that another JD model rims will fit. I bought tires and rims for my '94 JD 970 that were part #'s for a JD 990.

I wouldn't be surprised if the rims for say, a 2WD JD 4005 would bolt right up!

Check with your local JD guys.

I was able to get the wheel repaired at a local welding shop for $35! Hopefully this will last for a while!
