Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone is having any trouble getting Kioti Impliments directly from Kioti. I ordered a RFMower when I ordered my CK25 on April 28/04; I got my tractor last week and still no Mower. I also ordered a Rotary Cutter 3 weeks ago and still nothing ! My dealer and another dealer close by, order together to get a full load and split on the cost of shipping. I am told they sent a trailer to pick up a load as late as last Wednesday at a cost of $3000, when the truck got there they didn't have half of what they said they did. This is extreamly frustrating for me as a customer and I'm sure equally frustrating for dealers as well(I trust my dealer, because he has an encellent reputation). I'm getting tired of calling my dealer all the time and I'm sure he's getting tired of hearing from me. I can't understand how this company can be so unorganized. Regardless if they are moving from one plant to another somebody in their Administrative Network is screwing up badly in my opinion when I read about all the other Kioti owners having similar problems with ordering.
What is important to note is, I love my new tractor and I believe it is the highest quality and best bang for my buck in comparison. The sad thing is, I believe they have a serious inability to deliver the product to the customer on time. I would appreciate any in-put - is it just on this end or is it with Kioti ?
