Koti DK45HSE part identification needed

Good day,

I was working at my new property clearing a spot for the driveway in a very rocky, densely wooded area. The front wheels spend as much time off the ground as they do on the ground, while digging out tree stumps and large rocks. And the tractor is constantly bouncing and in a multitude of positions.

I stopped for a break and happened to notice this part laying beside the tractor. It may look familiar, but I can't place it.

Does anyone have any idea where it goes and what it may be used for?

well guy, i went and loked over my tractor, and the only parts that are orange are the entire loader, the rims and the fenders. everything else is grey.

I looked over my loader, and i cant find anything that looks like that.

grsthegreat: Thanks for taking the time to look. At the small end, there is evidence it was bolted to something and maybe wear marks where the attachment point was loosening. It looks like a lifting eye for something heavy, such as engine, transmission, differential or frame. I am hoping it is just that, with its own attachment point and not also holding something else together.

I think it is a shipping bracket for the loader.

Thanks guys. I just want to make sure it is not "something important", in any functional manner.

The tractor is 40 miles away so I can't check or verify anything.

Looked on MIE's web page and it show's it welded also.

i looked all over my loader...i cant find anything like that part. very odd

OK. I'm not sure what it is.
I have an older model DK and the upper mount for my level gauge is bolted on and looks similar to the picture.

I have pics of just about any angle of the tractor to cover all of my mods- except for this particular location. But I do believe mine looks like grsthegreat's, Jame's and Murph's.

That is a nice, clean, third function remote install. The dealer welded the bracket on mine a bit lower than yours and also towards the center somewhat. I believe yours looks like it may be a bit easier to use:

my dealer installed this..i believe its a Kioti factory part
