I first have to admit that this problem is completely my fault. I burnt the breaks on my BX2350. While using a box blade to pull dirt away from a ditch, I accidentally put my foot on the parking break set on the footboard while looking back at my box blade. I had pressed the brake peddel in to keep from rolling back into the ditch. After moving away from the ditch in 4 wheel drive and low range, I continued to pull the dirt further away with the emergency break set. By the time I smelled the "hot" breaks, it was too late.
My question is this, can I damage my tractor by running it in this condition? I have 5 acres and this is the only time I have needed the breaks in over 200 hours of owning it. The breaks will grab a little but I think I have burnt most of the pads off.
Thanks in advance.
