Do you suppose this means there will be lower prices on the existing stock of "old" models? For those of us seeking a first tractor, that souonds very appealing!

Hi Mark and everyone,
Just back from an excelent dealer meeting in Salt Lake. Got all the info on new L's right here. L5030 is indeedy 50 Net HP, 42.5 at PTO on hydro, Cat I&II 3 pt hitch w/2980lbs lift 24" behind-dual external lift cylinders, live independent PTO standard on all Grand L's, stepless lever type cruise control--very precise control & you can turn with brakes(all Grand L's),InteliPanel dash is incredible. Kubota's website should be updated with the new info I believe on Oct. 1, maybe sooner. There should be enough just to get ya thinkin'-maybe droolin' too(I was!!)

I was told by an upstate NY Kubota salesman that the new models would not be available for purchase until springtime - is that accurate?

Yes on all counts. The previous Hyd Caps, were 7.8 and 4.1 impl.& PS on both models. New specs are 8.3 &4.9 for 3830 and 9.4 and 4.7 for 4330. The new seats are great. they are a contured, molded high back seat, with suspesion, reclinig seat back, weatherproof compartment for manuals, and..... armrests! The operators station is the widest in the industry and also slightly longer than the old models.

The B7800HSD is a new model with a 4 cylinder 30 hp engine, 22 hp P.T.O. "value" compact tractor. Real neat quarter inching valve on the 3 pt for implement hookup. 3 range hydro transmission. Same flat operator's platform as the other B - series compacts. Uses the same LA402 loader as the B2710HSD and B2910HSD tractors.
