Kubota in water

As you have already heard we here in west tn had some serious flooding. Got this pic today from a Stubbs island in MS- just South of the Casino's in Tunica county. Thought I would share.. Kubota looks like it might survive don稚 know about the deer.

In SE Missouri the Corps of Engineers blew a levee to save a small town. Flooded over 130,000 acres of farmland and dozens of farm homesteads. I'm sure that action destroyed many dollars more in farming equipment than the cost of the houses in the old town.

This year's flooding started late last Fall and Winter when the Corps decided to raise the river level to support wildlife in the backwater.

Reporting record breaking river levels in the South now. Certainly not reporting any record breaking rainfalls for this year. Hmmmmmmmm.......

Very sad...lots of loss with that flooding.
