Well see - thats why I ask questions. I believe what you're saying and think it applies real well to the lot. I'll plan on doing some of the prep, and maintenance after the contractor goes in and does the major work. I may be repeating myself, but I have a neighbor who has a MUCH larger grade loader/backhoe who will help with the stuff I can't handle. He has something from Fermec - ??60, it's about an 18000 pound unit and man can it rip stumps out. Although I haven't learned the limits of what a CUT can do, I'll never abuse it. I'm just looking foward to all the things I can get done on it.
