It was nice of the dealer to pull the QA off another machine. I doubt that would happen around here!

Tomorrow I see if what the on site repair mechanic for my excavator said is true and see how well she runs. The L39 will hopefully get quite a few large rocks loaded into its bucket to be moved to one of the out of the way rock piles.

I was told the PC75 now runs like a new one. (Sure!) But if it runs ok, I'll be a happy camper.

Hopefully you will be good to go.

Got some seat time this evening. Seems everythings ok. My neighbor who's a professional excavator came down to check it out. He put it through some paces. Made me a little nervous. He was moving the thing all over the place with the BH and FEL, dragging across the ground with the hoe about an inch off the grass. He said he was very impressed with the smoothness of the hoe and the stoutness of the entire machine. He was quite impressive to watch. I was trying to break it in gentle. He wasn't exactly gentle but I think it's OK. Here's a few pics from before my little problem.

Here is what I did for the seat switch for reverse operation and creeping. The switch that kills the motor if you are out of the seat has a simple toggle to defeat.

Thanks Mike. I think I can handle that. Could of used it this evening. Just came in at dark after a good 3 hrs of clearing. Man it was fun. Amazing what I got accomplished in that amount of time. The light grapple works great but the L39 may not be the perfect match. Have to really throttle down to keep from clanking the grapple when opening. I think I'll adjust ok and be alright. Thanks again.

Its that darn loader linkage that goes so fast at end of travel. That grapple is not a rock grapple, treat if softly!

Yep - that's exactly what I'm talking about. Hope the cylinder on the grapple holds up. I gotta get some pics of what I've been clearing. Hope I can find some before pictures.
