The bales are 1000# to 1200# The bucket comes off and the front forks quick connect to the loader arms. The back forks go on the 3 pt. hook up. This tractor won't budge on either set. I"m running an old Ford 3600 (1979) that will pick up the bales and haul down in pasture on back forks, but does not have front end loader. It is just a 45 HP and so is the Kubota. Guess I'll look at NH Ford

That Kubota should pick those up, especially on the back. Might need to have a talk with the dealer.

Your 3pt should lift a 1400 lb bail. Like others said, either get a pressure gauge to check your hydraulic pressure or have your dealer check it out.
