Like the concept of the cutter fitting close-up behind but looks like is rated somewhat for light-duty. Anybody have experience with this cutter ? Would a 60 PTO hp be too much for the cutter ? Also looked at the SQ84T but looks like it may be high-maintenance.

Thanks

I am looking at purchasing an SQ84T. Curious about why you think it would be high maintenance.

I know of 2 SQ84T's that are heavily discounted which I am thinking is because they don't look like the usual shredder.

I demo'd the SQ84T behind a 32 hp tractor. It cut the grass I need to cut, but don't think I would head into a bunch of saplings with it. I lean toward this mower because of lower hp requirements and the offset to the right which to me would lend itself for roadside mowing.

The SQ84T is not as heavy duty as a single spindle 7 foot Bush Hog.
