Congrats, the B7800 is a great machine.

ROPS lights are your nest step. Theres all kinds of ways to do it. I mounted 2ea 35watt TSC specials on the underside of the ROPS topbar and wired them into the OEM light switch.
1*The switch easily handles the two ROPS lights and std lamps.
If I were to do alot of night work I'd probably think of changing them out to 55watt and disconnecting the OEM's.

Sounds like it's got the 15amp dynamo, but I don't know for sure. IF so then you can add two 35watt lights to your two OEM's and not overtax your dynamo.
2*If you add two 55watt lights then you'd have to disconnect yur two OEM's.

Good luck & enjoy
1*Yeah but will the alternator handle the ROPS lites and the standard lamps all at the same time?
2*No you would not have to unhook them.

Congratulations, Your going to be very happy with it, I know I love mine. I do everything at just above idle.
* I have a cub cadet lawn tractor for grass cutting too. Its a great tractor
*I bought my CC GT2554 to use for grading and tilling. the plan is to leave the front blade and the rear tiller on it at all times.

Backhoe attachment, was a bit concerned over the 3pt thing, but after looking at this pretty close it's pretty beefy looking so I'm not too worried

Why did you get a 3 point BH instead of a sub frame BH?
Dis you get A short or tall ROPS on the tractor?
I would not use a 3 point BH on a tractor with a short ROPS as that is a dangerous combination. People have been crished to death using that set up.

I have a tall folding ROPS, got the 3 point because I want to be able to add a MMM to it. :)

Yes, with power left over to charge the battery....

The dynamo on the BX23 is rated at 15amp output max.
The std lamps on the BX23 draw approx 3 amps each.
The two 35watt lights I added draw (35w / 12v = 2.9 amps ea.
Total current draw for all lights = 12 amps max which is well below the 15amp output of the dynamo......

The light switch is rated at 15 amps so adding the additional load is well below it's max rateing too.

btw, that's why I went with 2ea. 35watt lights and wired them in the way I did :D

btw I posted about adding these lights a couple yrs ago, pics and everything :D

Wow. A trashy jungle, just by planting trees?
1*How does that happen?

We bought our property because of the number of trees. It's very "park-like" :)
2*I like the shade, and don't mind mowing around them. I also keep the trees neatly trimmed so all of the branches are higher than my ROPS!

1*Easier than it is to clean it up.
Also the trashy jungle is a danger from wind and electrial hazzards and offers places for those up to no good to lurk and hide.
2*I hate to mow around anything - If i had my way the only thing I'd have to mow around would be the house.

Just goes to show how we're all different; but I'm the one who's :D ;) right!

I don't let the trees get so out of control that they look like a trashy jungle.

Actually, if you put your doublewide a few feet higher, you could mow right under it. ;)
