Last straw for this dealer

LC, with so many complaints lately, I too would like to see some photo documentation of the 6' shredder......and the job they did.

....and the bent tail wheels....



It's really becoming to mush to believe for one person who takes care of their equipment. Offended, or not, none intended.

apparantly I give people way too many chances
but you only have to beat me over the head 5 or 6 times with a baseball bat before I finally learn.

Part of the difference is most of you might get 50 hours in all season.
I get a couple hundred in since June 1st (so far and it's just getting busier).

BTW, my 4 year old Massey Fergesun, no real issues, 400+ hours, and the same with the bushhog shredder. And that dealer that has worked on the MF, no issues.
You'd think I'd learn.

Except for the poor design on the rhino shredders, I'm beginning to see that almost all the issues trace back to this dealer's service department.

That's about $85/hr. The Porsche dealer "only" charges $92/hr!

It took me more than 2 hours to weld front skid plates to to my 5' Rhino, but didn't know what I was doing. Should have taken about 20 mins.

Lone Cowboy, how much of this vitriol have you directed at your dealer?
It appears to me that you have two choices.
1) Keep going back and keep getting screwed, or;
2) Find another dealer and end your frustration.

re your tail wheel...was at my NH dealer this w/e and noticed they carry a replacement tail wheel that has some sort of flexible linkage in it to prevent the situation your picture shows. If youre interested I can get more details. This thing was built pretty stout...much better than most originals.
