Leaking quick couplers

/ Leaking quick couplers #21
I dont know if QD's have different o-rings or not. Again, never had issues with one. Given the application it wouldnt surprise me if they were a little harder durometer. Or possibly not a standard cross section. Could be something like a quad seal.

But if it is just a standard 70 duro o-ring of a common size, I wouldnt have any issue matching the size and using one from an assortment kit.

Tropher265: The last kit I bought was on ebay. It was this kit here Universal O Ring Kit Buna N Material Great for Oil Fuel Air and More | eBay I believe I was working on the old IH300U at the time and needed a few o-rings for various things. The whole kit was cheaper than the half dozen I needed if bought individually.

I would recommend the factory o-ring kits for the specific QD.

On the Snap-Tite QD's that came from the factory with the LA 402 loader on our B2910 there is a plastic (teflon mebbe ?) ring that sits next to the o-ring in the same recess ... these can get chewed up as well.

It's a good bet trying to source them from anyone other than the factory (Snap-Tite in this case) would be a fruitless endeavor.
