Today's rigs might be able to get through some of that easier (with 4WD) but lean on a fender and you have a dent. No way you would be able to roll one over to get it right side up and then drive off.

My Father had a Dodge Power Wagon PU 1970's-?. It was a tough truck. I remember my Uncle having one of the 40's Jeeps. You could go anywhere in that thing. Just put it in BullDog gear, let off the gas pedal, and it would climb like a Bighorn Sheep.
