Here's my thinking - If you were not supposed to lift the front of a tractor with a loader - then the engineers wouldn't allow it... the FEL would simply fall to the ground when you let it down (like float does) - instead the hydraulics are gauged to lift the front. When you just want to scoop along the ground - you use float (which does not lift the front).PineRidge said:Might you explain that a bit further, I don't understand what one has to do with the other.
