Very few negative reviews, and from catching some of those reviews I did not see anyone having issues having to do with too light of garage doors: most seemed due to bad/manufacturing defects (and this is very few- and I'd assume the manufacturer would rectify, as I've read elsewhere).

Ok let me guess... I say the sky is grey....you reply "not true" its a mixture of black and white.

I think what he meant was that if your track was raised in the back (up on the ceiling), that the added slope will help the door want to start rolling avoiding that giant pain in the xxx birdnesting of the cable. Been there regretfully! I experienced this trying to adjust the door open (limit) just past the framed opening.:banghead:
That, and a little backing off of the torsion spring made a difference.

The only way you are gonna birdnest a cable is if you fail to install the cable-tension sensor correctly and/or bypass it.

I did it once with the cable tensioner on it, wasn't fun to fix...
