I'm sure all of us at some point have gone strictly for function on a tractor project and found the results to be satisfactory. But I usually go back at a later date and make it appear less "cobbled" and more fitting with the way it could or should have been when it left the factory. Ken's ROPS Clamps are an example of what the manufacturers should be offering but don't. I know many disagree with me but if I just spent $20,000 for a subcompact tractor I prefer it to look professionally engineered but it also has to function properly. Of course the cost has to be a factor as well.
I think Ken's products meet all three criteria. If only I could convince him to offer a bigger size to fit the Deere 2025r with the oddball size ROPS.
