I was joking about installing the built in kind like cars have these days! LCD display in the dash, button on the steering wheel, etc.

With the quality of work you do, I bet it would look like a factory installation!

Thanks Cyril. Tractors these days are very different from the days gone by but I guess everything is like that hey. I remember doing up an old Massy many years ago. My boys were young then, I never had much in tooling to work with but some how managed to get the old gal done. If I remember correctly it was an industrial type tractor. It was two wheel drive but it looked and worked great when I got it done. I didn't keep it long and a guy bugged me enough so I sold it. Man that one didn't have any bluetooth in it :D

Here's a few pics of the old gal. Hope I'm not boring you guys to much with this stuff. The wife was some mad when I dragged this old tractor home. That old tractor was no looker but it looked ok when I got it done. :D Holy smoke that was almost 25 years ago

My apologies there my friend but a trip to Princess auto will do you a world of good :D Just yesterday my wife and I were walking into there store and I noticed a lady sitting in a car waiting for her better half to come out of Princess Auto. I said to the wife "That's a marriage that will never last. She's just not with the program. She should be in there as well" :D That's a store that's got something for everyone.

Thanks Mike. Really appreciate that! This thread was started last year after I purchased my Bota 4240 Cab model tractor and as I would add stuff to it I would post the things that I completed on here. Seems someone dug this thread up again which is great. Hope the thread helps others out. Thanks again. Paul

Paul, while were bringing up older posts, how are you doing on the new exhaust system, or have I missed it.

Hello there Peter my friend. Actually I forgot about the exhaust but I did make the modification to it. I started off going the exhaust stack route but changed my mind and tried the simple approach first. If I find this is not working I'll go the more detailed route. I haven't posted it yet because I really haven't had the chance to really try it but from what I have done has stopped the soot from going on the FEL. What I have tried here now works good for a Cabed tractor and stops the soot from going on the FEL. I'll try and post on it if you like later today. I have to dig up the photo's. Paul

:D Ya she's limited alright. My phone is Bluetooth. That's the ear piece I use for it. I also have the type you put on the visor but I found the ear piece worked better. The phone is attached to the Ram holder on the right pillar post. With the Caller ID it's great because you know when the bill collectors are trying to get hold of you.:D:eek:

I noticed the RAM mount! Probably the best GPS/Cell/fish finder mount out there. Not cheap, but rock solid and really adjustable.

I have a setup for my GPS and cell. I have mounts in or on all my vehicles (including atvs) and i just move the arm and gps/cell adapter between them. Great system

Your right about those mounts. There great. I put two of them in the tractor. One I use for the phone and the other I use for my MP3 recorder. I made my own GPS mounts for my bike. I use it to hold the IPod on one handlebar and the GPS on the other. Worked great for me.

Cool. I'm glad your enjoying the thread :D Thanks.
