Thanks for that info... never heard of a G.coupler. It is quite a bit cheaper than the LnL, plus I like how the pins "grab" the zerk and it doesn't wobble

I've just ordered an Alemlube coupler here in Australia, but no idea where they're from. They look much the same as the LNL.

EDIT - Just had a closer look at the photo. "Made in South Africa, patented in the US"

Yes, but a number of people don't know about the loosening tip idea. as evidenced by the old thread I posted. And that includes people who have been greasing machinery all of their lives.:)
Tightening and loosening doesn稚 to work on a few fittings I have.

I keep a well stocked assortment of zerks. I have no patience for one that leaks.

296 posts on this! :)

I always run into the same issue, some zerks are in a location that you can't reach it to loosen the original gun tip once you're done and if you left it loose enough before squirting in grease, it leaks back out around the zerk.
And usually it's not the zerks that won't take the grease, it's the grease space is so tight where the parts fit together that the grease has to be applied with a lot of pressure to actually space the parts. sometimes you can move or exercise them and get the space to open up for easier application. Hope that makes sense.

I think everyone that is thinking of a powered grease gun should start with a lock n lube and a lever style manual grease gun. I just got a lock n lube on my manual grease gun this spring but I have to say I am no longer thinking of getting a powered gun and so far it fits on everything I have tried it on.

Yep, could it be grease? Maybe they tested it before shipping it.
