Good reminder to make sure the pull point is below the axle height.
On my logging winch I often uncouple the cable from the pulley at the bottom of the skid plate so that the cable pulls from the top pulley which can help lift a log over roots, stumps, etc, when you're winching it to the tractor. Sunday I was pulling a little tree (a big bush really) out of the ground that the snow had been bending into the electric fence line. For such a little bush, it gave me a very quick reminder not to pull from the top pulley when I found the front tires coming off the ground a foot or two.
