Coincidentally I cleaned and put the felt washers and battery protectant on my new tractor terminals this past weekend.

Lawn mower battery U1 made by Starting Bull, lasted 14 years!
Original Boomer TC55DA battery, still have it and it has a stamp from 2004 on it. That's 16 years
Original Boomer 1030 battery, just shorted a cell yesterday and that had 11 years on it.
Original Mercedes Benz AGM battery made by Varta, had 10 years on it when I sold the car and was still going.
Original battery for my generator lasted 8 years.
Got an Odyssey in my Mustang and I purchased that battery in 2013 and I can't tell the difference from when I got it.
The T4.75 bought in 2013 still has the original battery in it.
I'd say I get a decent life out of my batteries.

I congratulate everyone who can remember what they did over the last 10 or 15 years!
I remember changing the battery in one of my tractors about six or sever years ago. Can't remember which one, or if I changed batteries before that, but must have since both tractors were bought new and are 16 or more years old.

Got 8 years out of a John Deere factory battery in a 5093E, I thought I did good but nowhere near as good as a lot of folks.

I have a 2001 Kubota L3010 kept in an unheated garage but used year round. I just read this whole thread because the original battery now needs to be replaced and I was hoping to see some suggestions on replacement brands/sources. Wrong thread for that I guess. My original battery had never been a problem or even charged. Even with the cold winters we have. But it has deteriorated over this winter and now if it doesn't start on the first spin it is all done. Not sure I can find a replacement nearly as good as this one has been.
