Kozmo38, where are you in sw pa? I'm just north of pgh and faced the same decision this spring. I bought 7 acres of land and have almost the exact needs: brush hogging, snow removal, etc.
I looked at them all and settled on the MF1428. I've used it for a bunch of chores over the summer and have no complaints whatsoever.
My land is considered "pittsburgh flat" which means it's fairly hilly /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I got the r4's and had them filled. It's a great combination. I've recently dug out the foundation of my barn and used the 1428 & 1464 loader for all the gravel backfill work.
All in all, it's been a superb machine and the price can't be beat.
Also, I'd suggest looking at the Hydro models for ease of use.
