Looking for ideas for a steep grade rock mover.

That rock sled seems like a better idea the more I think about it. Might help level and compact the roads that are already cut.

Might want to see if there are some old equipment skids that would work from oilfield equipment yards. Lots of these had heavy frames with steel sheet bottoms to trap oil. This might be just what you are needing to smooth out the roads and haul the rocks. Just a suggestion and I have also used an old car hood, that works okay for awhile.
