LP powered stanby generators

Here you go, own the biggest baddest genset on your block for less money than a Genejunk from Home Depot.
By the way, since it's a 12 wire, it will generate 3 phase power. It weighs about the same as a CUT, so hauling it home won't be a problem, and there is no duty on returning US equipment,

I have a 22Kw propane powered kohler. It has a ford engine. It is pretty loud but not as loud as some of the pull-start gas jobbies. I have it located on the far end of my shop and we can't hear it inside the house. Most of the noise is fan noise, some exhaust noise. The thing has its own enclosure.

I have had this generator about four years. I have had no problems except the first start-up. There was a loose electrical connection. With that fixed, the generator has started and run every time I wanted it to. It goes long periods without running and I run it every so often just to keep it in good shape.

Maintenance has been easy. It is a worry free option for me so far.
