You forgot to tell everybody that you took apart the axle to replace the seal, do you think maybe thats why your axle keeps falling apart Maybe the next time you will tighten the bolts "I just recently picked up a lot of wire in the axle and tore the seal up. I cut lots that have bikes,car doors,fences, dead bodies in it and all kind of stuff.
Have you run over any dead bodies lately
I cut grass sometimes running constantly in 6 inches of water.

The wire I picked up was in the back axle. It tore the seal up. I repalced the seal myself. It works fine. The axle that keeps coming off is the front axle. I know when I make mistakes and admit to them. The rear axle has nothing wrong with it. The job I did works fine. As for cutting grass and have ran through some water. I am pretty sure every one here has ran through water. 6 inches is not alot of water for a tractor. Do you not drive your car when it rains. So why is it the tractor that is made for the plains and a car that is made for the road never has problems with 6 inche puddles of water. For bushhoging vacant lot with all kind of debris in it is normal. There are some nasty people in this world that do not keep lots up. What gets torn up when bushhoging. The bush hog itself. This has nothing to do with the tractor itself that is causing problems. Yes I have ran over car doors, bikes and all kind of stuff. Running over them and seeing them after you cut the grass. I did not say I was cutting the car doors and bikes. I always run a very high run first on lots and use the front end loader to scoop what I find out of the way. Am I doing something wrong. Now if you read my post carefully about the axle falling off it says day 3 the axle fell off. This is a 4 wheel drive machine. As for putting the torch to the howse cheaply made grass cutter. I have not seen any body yet with one in any better shape yet than the one I have here in san antonio. I am looking at a new one that has the thicker metal or better yet make one myself. As for the fan I installed. Okay. This is a little joking around on my behalf. Where is the humor here. And about the dead bodies. What ashame. I come to a site to tell about my mahindra on this mahindra site. I have not gone public or go sit in the street with a sign saying mahindra sucks. In my opinion. My tractor overheats. For hardly any use. So MY MAHINDRA TRACTOR SUCKS. As for the mahindra reps. There is a post from spydrlynk that says he had the same problem with the reps. For a second time here. Now here is some insertions from other post. I said I am new to the tractor world. Bills tells me my mahindra was made in India and the engine is a mitsubishi from korea. here is a quote from a post"the Mahindras are either made in Japan or Korea" So where is mahindra made. Looks like every one here is just blowing hot air. As for an amatuer unclebuck. Everything I have fixed has worked fine except for the front axle that I gave a shot on. Not bad I think. My lasted 7 months compared to a week. So in the world of reality who is the amatuers here. And do you have a solution why my seal is leaking on a brand new front hub assemble that is brand new repalced for the 3rd time now. And yes please evryone go look at the rear axle website I put up so everyone can see the inside of the rear trans. It took about 70 minutes to take apart and about 60 minutes to put back together after mario at bills pressed the bearing on for me. Thanks Mario. Now I do not want to start bashing here but it gets frustrating to use a machine and it falls apart. My riding lawnmower did better than this. Now like I said. When the tractor is running. It runs great. But it overheats after a while. I have seen many postings about this. Why bash me. Bolts are not suppose to come loose. I OWN A LEMON

You caught me at a good time on that rant. My 7520 has broken once in its 400 hr life. That was fixed under warranty - but not all the other things I had previously told them and the dealer about immediately after delivery and expected fixed at the same time. I even gave copies of my itemization of problems to the Tech Rep before the repair and again during the repair since hesaid he didnt get it. In desperation I finally had to find and fix my suction side hydraulic leak myself because it was slowing the hydraulics so much. I can see no evidence that Mahindra supports my dealer well. And they ignore me saying "go thru the dealer". I have found one good tech rep at MH but they moved him out of the area right after I got my tractor and replaced him with an inferior model. One good representative does not a good company make. Im still, after almost 2 yrs, trying to get MH to follow thru. Ive only another year of warranty. I may have to go legal.
Mine is a good tractor tho.

In desperation I finally had to find and fix my suction side hydraulic leak myself because it was slowing the hydraulics so much.

Believe it or not I took my suction side off today also and it had a crack in the weld. I have a miller 185 with argon and co2 so I welded it myself and put it back on. The hydraulics work fine again. Mine were slow also. UHM! must be another lemon part of mahindra. And if any one does not believe it. I have photos.

6 inches is not alot of water for a tractor.
Guess what, Its alot of water for your brushhog, the blades were not designed to run UNDER WATER.
Guess what supplies power to your brushhog, your tractor by way of
P T O, can you get to the next logical conclusion by yourself, you should not be using a 26 hp tractor in tall wet grass ( 15 ft tall in your previous posts) in 6 inches of water, it might OVERHEAT

I did not say i was using the bush hog in the water. Thats why they have a lever on the side to pick the bush hog up so it does not sit in the water when cutting. The place that has the water is the monthly motel I do. Does not have 15 foot of grass. Tires are higher than 6 inches. 6 inches of water does not hurt any machine or car.

So I guesss you had an axle falling off also from day 1 after you purchased your mahindra. But you did routine maintenance from day 1 and saved your axle.

Well I guess you are right. There must be an engineering problem on My Mahindra because nobody can fix it. So do you think I am intitled to a refund now or some compensation.

I finally realized the machine is falling apart from normal wear and tear. Not me tearing it up. This is the crap they kept putting in my head. I do not care how hard you run a machine how does an hour meter go out. My hour meter also gave out at 200 hours. I can go on and on about what has given out on this machine. My 4 wheel drive blazer has never given me problems.
I know people that own a Kubota and a mahindra. They both have ups and downs. Mahindra makes a good tractor.

Mahindra is a very good tractor.

You also have a post about the problems you have had woth your 4110. You take the side covers off sometimes. I have never seen a ncity trator that cuts grass on the highway with there sides removed. All machines are good untill they overheat. I use this machine mostly for moving dirt now. I gave up cutting grass with it because it overheats.

Belive it or not a lot of contractors were purchasing mahindras. But recently I have seen them using something else. Not a mahindra. Yes I am going to take my own advice and go out anfd buy a little bit bigger machine. But it will not be a mahindra. Most mahindras overheat including yours. And for the yours and mine deal on tractors. I am glad you have a larger Mahindra then mine. But did I fail to mention I also own a John Deere 544 B. )15 tons of pure steel)This is what you call a mans toy. Not A mahindra

I am glad you love your Mahindra. That is good you purchased one that has given you lots of service. Why I bet you even have a Mahindra T Shirt. Have you not said in one of your post you work your tractor hard. "Good Luck,
I have worked my 4110 hard, you will be happy with your choice
Buck" So working my 2615 26 horsepower mahindra moving dirt shoukd not be hard on it. All skidsteer loaders are the same horsepower or even less. Just the other day I was working with someone that also owns several tractors. After a few things of work and the tractor screwed up again the guy told me stuff that made me really upset. He really put the machine down and I kept trying to defend it.But in reality the person is right. Its hard to learn some times you make a bad choice in life in buying something and keep defending it so you do not look like a fool. Thats what I have been doing. But I am not going to defend this brand of tractor no more. This Mahindra is a lemon. It is junk I got screwed and I am just going to admit and not defend Mahindra no more.

Thanks SPYDERLK. That is what exactly what happened to me. . And I also use my Quikie Aircraft Aluminum wheelchair hard that I sit in everyday and has not broken yet. That is ashame this machine can not even handle a quadraplegic.

jleal, I give you props. for what you say you are able to do. When I look at the definition of a quadriplegic, I am amazed you can even get out of the wheel chair, and onto the tractor. If you are paralyzed, how do you do all of these repairs, and tractor jobs?

jleal, I give you props. for what you say you are able to do. When I look at the definition of a quadriplegic, I am amazed you can even get out of the wheel chair, and onto the tractor. If you are paralyzed, how do you do all of these repairs, and tractor jobs?

Quadriplegic: Pertaining to quadriplegia (paralysis of all four limbs -- both arms and both legs), as from a high spinal cord accident.

I wondered about some of this myself. I know a very capable paraplegic that could do a lot of that, but a quad? On the other had there are some customers that that beat up there stuff and are never happy... What does the tractor manual say about checking bolts? I know it specifies in the loader manual to check the mounting kit bolts regularly.

After going back and reading his other posting from last year it seems all he wants to do is bad mouth Mahindra tractors. I would say that 90 percent of his problems (if he is for real..which I question) is OPERATOR ERROR and maybe 5 percent equipment failure and the last 5 percent I can only guess!

Mahndra REPS are Jerks. DO NOT BUY A MAHINDRA. I am looking at a a NEW HOLLAND TT_SERIES. He will not even take mine on trade. He also told me that most complaints he heard is the same overheating problem we are having. I do not see San Antonio Texas City of san antonio parks and recreation department Tractor operators getting off every 30 minutes to clean there grills. And I made a point of following them one day and even talking to them. They never have a problem with over heating. They have New Hollands and John Deere.

Just my opinion here:

The first several pages of "New Holland Owning/Operating" and
"John Deere Owning/Operating" are LOADED with owners problems.

For what its worth, I bought my first new Mahindra 4505DI in 1999. I operated that tractor for eight years with only one problem, a cracked fuel line. My new Mahindra 4530 is four months old with ZERO problems. I properly maintain my tractors and never operate them beyond their design. Every tractor line has a "bad"unit every now and then. That doesn't mean every Mahindra sucks and it sure doesn't mean Mahindra itself sucks. The New Holland and John Deere owners on this website with problems aren't bashing their brand. They're simply stating that they have or have had problems with their tractors. After reading about how hard "you" say "you" are on tractors, my final observation is as follows:

Maybe, YOU SUCK, as a tractor owner. One cannot possibly have knowledge of how to own and operate a piece of machinery and post something like:
"I have torn this machine up. I run it through ****!!"

I am sorry for the typo error.You all are right. I personally myself would like to see a quad do that. I am paraplegic. As for wanting and coming to check my story out. I am in san antonio texas. Please send someone over. I am going to take the radiator out tomorow and blow it out. If my tractor would not overheat anymore. This discussion would be over. But this is the mahindra overheating discussion board and this is my complaint. Apparently this is a problem on mahindras because there would not be a mahindra overheating discussion board. The bolts and other stuff I know is normal wear. But for the frame bolts or axle bolts come loose in 3 days. Give me a break here. I would also know how do you tighten up the hour meter bolts. My hour meter gave out at 200 hours. When is the last time one of you all checked the battery tie down bolts to see if they were loose. Mine went through the radiator within 1 week of scooping dirt up. When is the last time any of you all checked the main bearing bolt caps to see if they were loose. Please come check my story out. I don not run to bills for my free warranty repair everytime something happens. I try to fix myself. I come to this board to tell about my over heating problem. Maybe being able for someone that has an answer. But looks like no one does. So in my opinion this tracor is not what it is made for. Apparently all this board has come to is jumping on my case for not liking my Mahindra anymore. I think everyday how can I keep this machine from getting hot anymore.. And if I ever figure it out. I will definetely let you all in on in. But untill than I am going to remain frustrated and that is normal for a person to feel that way when he buys something new and can not use it for what the sales lady told this is all I need to cut grass.
