Re: Maybe a Step \'Backwards\', But Handy?

Obviously, only one is needed. Does it matter which side?
Thanks!

It should not matter which side. I have not tested both sides but either should work. A few comments. I originally had the left side quick connect fitting pointing straight up (just like the right). This put less slack in the left attachment hose than I like. So, I added the 90 degree turn and pointed it forward. I mowed for about 1 hour today and changed attachments twice. Everything worked fine. I will change out the 600 PSI valve when the new one arrives. Also make sure the left connection clears where the PTO hose is when it is connected.
My thanks to you for getting me to think about doing this again. I have considered doing something for several years, but just was not quite motivated and not quite certain what to do. This is very simple and easy to do. Of course there are other ways and maybe somebody will find a better way. One way that might be better (as suggested by Clint Blake) is to put both quick connections and the valve on the right side. This puts everything in one location and most attachments have the hoses coming from that side.
