At 80 I am more active than before retirement. When working as a project manager for one of the major engineering/construction companies I was traveling too much and had too little time at home. So now I have been doing all the things I wanted to do when working. Among other things converted the bank barn into my workshop, garage, welding section, blacksmith area, wood shop, workout area. With 80 ft by 40 ft on each level plus two mezzanine areas I can say that I am using most of it by now.

I just had a mini stroke this past Sunday (called a TIA). Now it looks like I might get my left carotid artery cleaned out. None of this is a game, take it serous. My left carotid artery is about 50-69% blocked. Like I said before, check your own carotid arteries for blockage. Once they are completely blocked they don't do anything.
