Price Check MF1030 Price?

I need help on what to sell my Father's tractor for since he is in bad health now and unable to use . MF 1030 2WD Trans 12/3 3 cyl Diesel 23 HP wih TOTAL 431 Hours. He bought it New in 1990 .Serial Number 03492. Tractor has been serviced every 50 hours and is almost like new. Tractor is located in Atlanta GA area. Appreciate any help. Thanks!
