It is possible they changed the panel a few machines prior to adding the valve. Also possible the valve developed internal leakage (some history of that) and owner just removed and connected the pilot pressure hoses together for the control pattern desired. Does it look like there may have been bolts in those 2 holes adjacent to the slot? if so the valve was removed. You could also take a look behind the panel and see if the hoses to right and joystick are one piece from handle to control valve or if there are JIC connections in that area. If one no extra hose connections and/or signs of bolt on the paint then it is prior to selector valve.

===============================
I'd hate to say for certain, but I did not see any obvious signs of bolts having been in those holes. Like damaged paint, where the head, or a washer, had been. It's been a while since I had the joysticks out, where I could see the connections, but I think they are one line from stick to blocks, below the floor. So, it looks like mine is earlier than -7113.

Which leads to another question. Maybe I should start another thread for this one, but I suspect it's been mentioned, before. Does that selector valve do anything other than change the controls? I tried changing the hoses, under the floor, which put the controls the way I want them, but it caused other problems. One was, the dipper would barely move inward, unless the boom stick was also opened, slightly. I put the hoses back, and the problems went away. So, I'm thinking that valve must do more, than just switching the controls.

No, that valve simply changes flow from both joysticks to the dipper and boom depending on control selection. 4 hoses feed into it from joysticks and 4 hoses out to the 2 control valve spools.

Do you have any idea, why switching the hoses, under the floor, caused the other issues?

I haven't been able to locate the serial number, inside the frame. Maybe, they hid it behind the hoses, instead of putting it in the relatively open area. I'll look again, later today.

No idea why you had the Dipper arm problem other than either the end of the control spool was not getting sufficient pilot pressure to shift the spool or the fluid in the other hose at opposite end of spool was not opening to tank line at the joystick. The serial number is hand stamped into the frame at the weld station prior to paint and not is a precise location, so it could easily be hidden behind hoses and/or not easily visible under the paint depending on how hard the welder hit the stamps with the hammer.

I have been in touch with Bobcat and was told they could figure it out, if I could give them numbers off either drive motor, the right pump, or the main valve. I gave her numbers off both motors and the only number I could find on a pump. She was unable to tell me anything from them. The left motor was a replacement, so that didn't surprise me, but I'm pretty sure the right one is original. My last hope is the main valve. I have no idea what that is. Or, where to find it. Do you?

Surprised she didn't ask for engine s/n because the machine and engine serial number are the 2 numbers recorded on the original delivery report. The other numbers are listed in the production build sheet but required more data searching than just Delivery report by engine serial number.

I gave her that, too. It's not in their system. I'm starting to think this thing was never built. You have any idea what is meant by Main Valve?

Main valve is the stack of all control valve sections bolted together. If it has a number it will either be on a metal tag or hand stamped to one of the end caps.

I'll look for that, on Monday. Thanks for telling me what it was! I was looking at it this afternoon and noticed a round thing with more hoses than I could count, coming out of it. At least seven or eight. It's on the right side, near the house rotating motor. Any idea what that is?
