I think you did well, that is the style I wanted but ended up buying the titan grapple for the price. mine works fine and is really heavy duty but I think your single lid design and the lower teeth would be a bit easier for clean up work.

Ya this one was the same price of the Titan in the same style . And I like the little bit longer tines than the Titan in the same style .

So it's was a win win deal for me couldn't have worked out any better .

Yes that's it. I was comparing it to mine which is 22" direct or if I measure along the top curve it's 24". I have a neighbor who was looking for a grapple in that price range and yours is similar to mine in design.

Play'n with the grapple today . Going to have to shim the quick hitch part up on the grapple has some slack . And get the hoses where they stay out the way . But over all going to be fun use'n it .

nice looking grapple. You will enjoy using it. You will also wonder how you ever got along without it after a few months. I use mine as much as my bucket on my Bobcat Skidsteer.

Just have'n the m7040 with a loader is the one that I don't know how we done without for all these years .

Been running a 500 acre farm with just a mf135 since 1969 .

This m7040 and loader has opened up a whole new world that should have happen years .

Just wish I wouldn't have lost my dad a few years ago . Wish he would have got to enjoy all this stuff I have managed to get .


But ya I have tons of work for the grapple .

I have a Wildkat 74" extreme, that I use with a Bobcat CTL, first a T300 and now a T750, about 150 hours on it and the only thing i've bent broke are the hoses they were to darn long, and i have bent some of the top lid teeth. Now I will say they are bent probably from abuse, but they seem to bend when i grap the end of a tree, and drag it out of the wood's on a trail to a pile or cutting area. You can't grab a long tree perpendicular with the grapple and drive it down a tight trail, so that is when I grab it parallel and drag it backwards, but that is when ive done the damage turning with it clamped running backwards. Just a heads up if you want a pertty straight grapple. I figure one day i may get a zig zag tooth bar cut to weld closer to the top of the teeth when i decide it's time to straighten them out, until then it works great with bent top teeth.

About this time last year i bought an HLA 60" pan grapple for my 5740 and boy what a mistake, fortunatly I was able to sell at a minimal loss but I now want the WR long 60 " it weighs about 550lbs just waiting for the taxt check

Ya I would call that user abuse . Lol but its not that big of a deal to fix .

If I bend mine from user abuse . Want be no problem for me to fix any of it . .
