One more thing toro. A little grease can go along way on DC conections. You can use regular grease for buy di-electric grease.

Larro,
>snip It is always in my opinion that you can't eat the antlers so if you see a nice big dog it's just as good as shooting a trophy deer.
<snip

Bummer! I'd probably opt for eating the antlers over shooting someone's dog.

Thanks, now I know what you mean. I will check them, but the fact that I am getting it to turn when I jump the battery leads me to believe it is something else. I need to check the battery connections, it really seems to me that the starter isn't getting enough juice.

oh! That makes me feel a bit better about folks in Michigan! Being here in JawGa - who the heck knows, maybe he's on to something... Just kidding - folks in Georgia don't eat anything that they don't eat down around NaOrlans.

Ok I thought it wouldn't start even with a jump. Once drug a tractor around for a half hour trying to pull start it and the pto safety switch was pulled loose. Wouldn't start until it was hooked up.

It cranks. Sounds lik u may have lost a cell in battery they will take all the juice even with a jump. You can get a load tester at napa for like 40 or 50 bucks. It will show up fast with a load tester. Don't load if running not good on altinator.

I got a laugh out of this. Years back when we first got a Chinese restaurant in Blountstown, people were worried that their missing dog might have made it to the buffet. When I was in the Navy, I ate at a Chinese restaurant in Athens Greece. None of us spoke Greek or Chinese, so I don't really know what we ate. But it was good.

It won't start, but it will turn once. I will look into borrowing a load tester. Thanks for the tip.
