Anyone with a 4025 have to adjust the 4x4 linkage to get it to engage/disengage?

Yup, I had to...Dealer said I had to move forward and backward to get it in 4WD, but I adjusted the lever for a little more travel, and it now works perfectly. That's the only 'trouble' I've had with my machine.

Nice mods SDBOER! I just picked up a new 4025 4wd myself last week. Got about 10 hrs on it now. Can you share where you got the hydraulic top link and quick hitch?

Like seeing these... One of my favorite models for sure... nothing out there compares to it in 40hp
