Quick question - why would you shed your rain water onto the top deck? Are you planning to run gutters to divert this?

I took some night time pics to show some of the lighting (sorry about the quality) I will post better night pics with my other camera.
We are pretty much done with this project,we have a few odds and ends to do,but for the most part, its done.

When you say that you are installing the tin, what is that? Are you putting on a metal roof over the boards? In your last pictures, it looks like you left the wood exposed on the roof.

I still plan on installing the metal roof ,doing more work to the steps, adding a few more lights, things that really wont change the appearance much.

I really need to take a break from this for a few weeks, thats why I am calling it done.these are small things that I can do over the summer.

I decided to go with 3d shingles on the roof instead of metal.I put down the tar paper and then we had a guest arive.
I will be holding of on the shingle install, until she leaves. This is a robins nest.100_0550.JPG
